The Pro Shop has taken delivery this week of a comprehensive range of ProQuip sweaters and waterproofs.
ProQuip were the recognised suppliers for the Ryder Cup in 2014.
This is an adapted version of the official rain-suit of the 2014 European Ryder Cup team. As you’d expect, it performs to the very highest level.
The flex technology allows for exceptional freedom of movement.
It has now been adapted, it comes with a three-year waterproof guarantee and it's finished to the very highest standard.

Tom Hobbs has recently had an excellent run of form, winning the Jack Wells Scratch Cup and the Pro Cup. Tom won the Pro Cup in a 36 hole final, winning an excellent and hard fought match against Bill Slade by 1 Hole.
Bill Slade off a 12 handicap led after the first round 1 up but the 5 handicap Hobbs fought back and won the final hole to clinch the prestigious Pro Cup.
Congratulations to
Charlie Tabor for his excellent performance in the Seniors Trophy Winners Vase with a superb net 63 winning by 3 shots from
Richard Hammond who secured second place.
Jean Marc Figard is my pick of the week for the most improved player through taking lessons and dedicated practise.
Jean Marc has improved his handicap by 2 shots and won 2 mid week Stableford competitions.
Congratulations, keep up the good work.
Great for the game
At a time when the game of golf is desperate for a wider audience, recent events will have gone a long way to helping its cause. From Justin Rose's Olympic gold to America's dominance in the Ryder Cup to last week's British Masters, things are certainly on the right track.
The British Masters was supported by Sky Sports and as such Sky were giving away thousands of free tickets prior to the event, ensuring that The Grove was full to capacity throughout. Once again the event was coupled with some innovative ideas designed to bring a fun factor to the week; and they nailed it!
Tuesday night saw the
Hero Challenge take place under the floodlights with over 2,000 spectators transfixed by the one-hole knockout contest. The 18th hole was converted into a 156-yard par-3 for both professionals and celebrities to battle it out until there was one man standing. This was followed by the
ISPS Handa Pressure Putt Challenge on Wednesday. Professionals teamed up with a celebrity and went head-to-head in knockout fashion as each player attempted to hole putts of increasing difficulty.
Not to take away from the main 72-hole competition from Thursday to Sunday, which was superbly won by Alex Noren, these new concepts were a huge success and will certainly bring some much-needed new faces to the game.
